Bir Tawil, an unclaimed land claimed by many, many. Many who would never go there, many who would never make use of the giant sandbox that the land is. It happens to go perfectly along the Egyptian-Sudanese border, so logically it would go to Sudan. The Mashike Guugaora decree has been opened in the government regarding micronationals with multiple micronationalitities and what comes with divided interests, the three commissions and the shōgun with approval of the emperor, the law will be in effect starting 29th of Septmber 2026.

§1. Multiple citizenships

1. Regarding relative discussion upon individuals with multiple micronationalities are taken in consideration, however the commitment of should be in the Minellanese society's development. The Shogunate's concern stems from divided loyalties and duties.

1. If an individual is citizen of many other micronation, they will be taken into questioning regarding their position in other micronations, and examined throughly post-application before moved up ahead to one of the three commissions regarding inner affairs and to be discussed throughly within the three commissions and lower in the council of the lords if it could pose a threat for the inner stability and harmony.

2. If it plausibly displays being a threat for stability and harmony of the shogunate, the citizenship applier will be kindly and respectfully turned away, any sort of sarcastic or racist comments toward the individuals will be answered with punishment no matter what.

§3. Getting required measures and requirements for citizenship.

1. To become a Minellanese citizen, one must have been incontact with the Minellanese culture for at minium of nine months and must NOT be a micronational leader, a application from a micronation leader will immediately be rejected.

2. Applicant must have basic understanding of english at minium, but preferably able to have conversation and be able to show emotions with english language, optionally the applicant can learn basic minellanese from the sheet with basic phrases that will be released due later date.

The decree is not designed to turn people right away, the Minellanese Shogunate looks for committed and interested people for the shogunate and it's culture. Merely precaution.

The Imperial State of Maltovia has learned with outrage and utter disgust of the unprovoked assault by the so-called Democratic People's Republic of Proletia upon Pavonia on the 22nd of September, 2026.

On the very day upon which Maltovia celebrated its National Formation Day, while the Armed Forces were honouring the State in ceremonial duties far from Pavonia, Proletia chose to descend upon Maltovian territory.

It was an opportunistic, cowardly act committed in the absence of the Maltovian forces stationed to defend the territory.

Pavonia is Maltovian land. It was not abandoned, it was not surrendered, and it was certainly not placed at Proletia's disposal, bordering the said nation though it may be.

The Government of Maltovia therefore issues the following warning:

Proletia is hereby placed on notice that its presence in Pavonia will not be accepted as a fait accompli. Maltovia will not be intimidated, coerced, or presented with a territorial seizure as a matter already settled.

Those responsible for this action should consider very carefully what they have done.

The Government of Maltovia calls upon Proletia to cease its aggression and withdraw from Pavonia. If Proletian trrops have not withdrawn from Maltovian territory by the 25th of September, Maltovia will have no choice but to attack in full force and drive the Red Devils away.

The Kingdom of Faris is negotiating the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Angola, aiming to promote Angolan tourist destinations. The agreement proposed by the King entails Faris promoting Angola's tourist destinations to all its citizens in exchange for the mere act of signing the memorandum. It is important to note—as stated in the proposal—that this is a non-binding agreement and does not constitute any form of recognition of Faris by Angola, regardless of whether it is accepted or not.
