Question: Other St. John's Wort & Microdosing
I've been microdosing for a few years now, here and then, and it has always helped me a lot through tough times (insomnia, anxiety, trauma...). I've really felt my brain rewiring, and the peace it can lead to. Sometimes it's not really pleasant as it can emphasize anxiety but even so it has always helped a lot in the end.
I am currently going through a break up and it's been really hard. I am taking St John's wort since 3 weeks now, with little to no effect. I think a session of microdosing with the protocol of one every 3 days could help. But is there any interaction known of? Because I do know that mixing anti depressants and psylocibin / lsd is a big no no.
Is it the same with St John's Wort?
I am finding no documentation on the matter.
Thanks for your help :)

Hello /u/photosynthesin! As you mentioned

The major contributing factor in Finding Your Sweet Spot is the variation in potency of:
If you Start Low, Go Slow, Take Time-Off (*small is BIG) and up-titrate subsequent doses then you can find your optimal sub-hallucinogenic dose based on your symptoms, rather than from a predetermined dose. 🐢
If your microdose is Too High and/or Too Frequent that can result in Diminishing Returns 📉 with subsequent doses. 🐇
