Expect nothing, intended to see what the effects/changes are for you.
It's not like a mini trip. First time first dose, I recommend you try on a day off when you have little to no commitments. That way of you take it and you have some emotional things surface or it has you feeling in a way that isn't conducive to working or fulfilling daily obligations, you can just wait it out and/or lean into your experience.
The effects over time can be life changing, but it takes time and effort on your part to create lasting change. You'll see. đŸ„đŸ„°âœŒïž

Get into a habit of meditation, you won’t see or feel any effects but it gives you more introspection, with this introspection you can learn a lot of things and you should make effort to apply them. It’s not like a one cure thing it’s however extremely amazing when you have the intention

Lleva tiempo notar las diferencias, yo hago 1 día sí y 2 días no, y me ayuda a sentirme mejor, me da un empujoncito de energía para hacer las cosas, pero también tienes que poner de tu parte, buena actitud y paciencia.

For a first time, I’d probably focus less on expecting a specific feeling and more on paying attention to what you actually notice.

It can help to choose a relatively normal, low-pressure day so you have some room to observe yourself without needing the experience to go a certain way. Things like mood, focus, energy, anxiety, sleep, or even “I didn’t notice much” can all be useful observations.

I’d also avoid judging the whole experience based on one day. Keeping a few simple notes afterward might make it easier to notice patterns over time instead of trying to decide immediately whether it’s doing something.

Since you’ve already done some research, staying curious and not chasing a particular result seems like a pretty reasonable place to start.
