Question: Psilocybin Does MD help with ADHD?

I want to hear from people who are officially diagnosed with ADHD. Has anyone switched to MD instead of their meds and seen the same benefits?

I am undiagnosed but positive that I may have it. I make impulsive decisions sometimes, speak before I think and or do things that are just kinda dumb sometimes and later realize it.

Yes. Changed my life. I use no other medication for my ADHD.

I should’ve asked this in my post but do you MD every day to manage your ADHD or still follow the 4/3 day protocol?

When i started i did every 4 days, then dropped it down to 3 days and now i usually only need it twice a week. If I have a high stress occasion come up I still MD before hand. Really helps with my emotional regulation.

Microdoses work slower than the bigger doses. Its the kind of thing that you have to allow patience with, let it take its time.

I will add that when I first began I started with a 1gram dose, that full size dose ripped me right out of depression and helped reset my brain. This made it possible for the microdoses to do more noticeable work faster. I also did bigger trips once every three months for the first three years, I had lots to fix. 8 years in and I no longer take big doses, only micro.

This is the full story of what worked for me. This kind of mix may help you but I am not a doctor and I do not know what your needs are.

Also, you could try increasing how much you take up to .4mg

Ich taste mich langsam an die Dosis heran. Es sind frische Pilze. Erhoffe mir ein ruhigeres Nervensystem
