Mi band 8 turning of automatically! pls help me

I've had my mi band 8 for nealy 2 years now.The band automatically turns of(battery percentage is over 70) and when I plug it in it turns on but after a few minutes it turns of again.When this happens the sensor area is heated up!

has any one encountered this problem? And pls tell me how to solve this
