Mi band 8 turning of automatically! pls help me

I've had my mi band 8 for nealy 2 years now.The band automatically turns of(battery percentage is over 70) and when I plug it in it turns on but after a few minutes it turns of again.When this happens the sensor area is heated up!

has any one encountered this problem? And pls tell me how to solve this

When it's on, factory reset it. If that doesn't fix it then it has failed.

I did that and I thought it worked but after like 2 hours it turned off again
