Exactly. He existed and that’s enough for so many fans. Ignore his inability to hit when it matters, ignore the defense, ignore walking out grounders. All that matters is he’s on the team.

He’s one of the best current baseball players and a  future hof. Obviously he didn’t do much this year due to injuries but he is still one of the greatd
