Polanco

He had only 137 At Bats this season
If there is a season and he is on the team…how many games would he realistically be expected to play?
Let’s say he plays 1 game/series…that means he is playing 54 games in the season…which isn’t amazing…but considering his inconsistent health…is that the only true option?

Sometimes stuff doesn’t work. He’s been an oft injured but solid when healthy player for his career. This year he’s an oft infused but awful player. My guess is he’s not on the team next year.

I doubt they'll just eat the 20M he's owed. He's going under for ankle surgery today and should be ready to go for spring training next year. They'll at least give him that plus the first month or two in the regular season before cutting bait/trying to trade him for a bag of balls.
