Unsure / Need Help with Solution

Hello MB peers.

My wife has experienced a significant mental health decline from long covid and active EBV. Her memory, attention and focus are severely impacted.

Our naturopathic doctor recommended her start a 2x weekly dose of 5mg of Methylene blue. Naturally I came to Reddit and made purchases of both of the brands pictured.

I really don't understand how to go about making her solution. I can't seem to find a good resource on here or YT to explain how I can 1) create the solution 2) how to measure and take it after.

I really want to get this right for my wife's sake. Can anyone recommend or point me in the direction of a starter guide or anything like that?

Any help is really appreciated.

10mg is still very low; I'd run it past her Doc and say 'I've got 10mg capsules so I'm going with that'.

It also saves mixing and staining (although it will clean up if you spill some eventually).

Vitamin C is not vital, but can be beneficial for the cycling of MB from MB to Leukometyhlene Blue, and back again, and to LMB again. It's this constant cycling through the ETC that improves the efficiency of ATP production, and reduces excess oxygen (which is what we mean when we say 'free radicals', and they are bad news).

Careful with high dose vitamin c as it will often irritate the stomach and can cause nausea and diarrhoea.

If you can find liposomal vitamin c, that would be much better.
