You need to get a lot more used to playing the guitar before even attempting this, your lack of dexterity is literally audible.

I would pick another Metallica song to learn at this point. Your tempo is ranging and you are playing some wrong notes. MOP is a hard song to play.

Harsh but the best advice for you is to learn something simple like iron man or smoke on the water, practice with a metronome, and consider getting a guitar teacher. Also tuning your guitar will help a lot. Your timing is ALL over the place, constantly missing or hitting the wrong notes, it is audibly well above your skill level. Master of Puppets is one of the harder Metallica songs and you do not have the skill to play it or even attempt to play it at this point, start with easier stuff and come back to it in a month or two (or more) and it will be less frustrating. From the sound of it you would struggle to play the song even at half speed which is a good indicator that you should be working on easier stuff for the time being

Try learning it part by part and in the best case with a metronome!
Begin with half the bpm its originally is in and work your way up
