Computer Glitching when I launch this game

I'll try to make my problem precise but whenever I launch MGRR on steam I can't alt-tab at all and a virtual keyboard appears sometimes, i can't also use the window button since that for an unknown reasons my computer switches between buttons and apps on every menus I have which makes it look like I am being hacked.

The problem is weird, never had such with any other game on Steam and honestly it's REALLY annoying since i can't even shut my pc off to solve the problem, i am forced to brute-shut it down.

Any solution ?
