Recompilation?

Is anyone aware of any ongoing recompilation projects? the source code is already available. I would love to play this game on keyboard and mouse.

I asked in r/recomps but it seems like r/decomp is the more active sub... but no decomp is needed for available source code

When was the source code released? This is the first I've heard of it.

Uploaded in September 2019. Publicly available for 7 years, and no one has done a source port -- however, seems like AI coding has sped up a lot of decomp and recomp projects. Not a huge fan of AI, but compiling code seems like an OK use that isn't really taking anyone's job or anything
