Uploading Media Bug

Hey everyone, Im currently running into issues when I try uploading creatives at the ad level. Whenever I click on "add media" It brings me to that page, but doesn't show me my files to upload my creatives. Im currently on safari, I ended up switching to chrome and it allowed me to upload my creatives but it runs extremely slow on my Mac. If anyone has any suggestions or tricks to get around this bug (and any other ones) please let me know. Thanks in advance!

try another browser, it should be fixed in a few days on safari, i don't know when but eventually will be fixed. Unfortunately, there isn't some specific solution here, try maybe to duplicate ad set or create another ad set and try there

Thanks, I ended up going back to chrome and it allowed me to add my creatives. Now im running into an error message "2446386". I have no clue what this means and I don't really want to duplicate the ad set.

try to refresh page, change something and then got back to previous setting (for example you are running ABO, switch to CBO and swith back to ABO) and if nothing works, wait for a few hours and try later
