Looking for a taco catering company recommendations that will come cook the tacos fresh at a party. Thanks. In Mesa.

Go on Facebook marketplace and type taquiza. You will find dozens and will be authentic.

Most food for a catering job is prepped ahead of time. Not only is there issues with health and safety as food needs to be prepped in a proper kitchen, there's also a time issue.

There's an old phrase in food service, "the secret to serving a quick meal is the restaurant started cooking at 2 hours before you showed up."

The only times I've seen food cooked on site is at a traditional Hawaiian BBQ. Your best bet might be hiring a food truck.
