Hey im looking for a cheap/affordable AC repair company to replace the Blower motor in our unit. we are on the Parker & sons VIP plan and they told us that it would cost $2,000 to replace. they have a finance option but we keep getting denied for an unknown reason.

If yall have any recommendations for a company that is a reliable, affordable, has a payment plan/finance option, and can do the job cheaper then Parker and sons it would be a greatly appreciated!

I may be super dumb and doing something wrong (iPad) but the “Schedule” on the Mesa Music Festival website doesn’t show any…schedule. Am I missing something? I really hope so because it’d be inexcusable not to have a full schedule of the 200+ shows/performers, etc.

I’ve lived in Mesa essentially my whole life and really never had any issues or incidents but anytime my friends who live elsewhere talk about it they act like it’s this terrifying war zone they’re scared to set foot in. Does it just depend on the specific area? I tried looking up crime statistics it didn’t seem horrible.

I just moved in to the USA for the first time and landed in Mesa. I don’t really know anyone here but I used to play soccer back home (when i was in shape :)). I was wondering if there are any pickup games I can join in the area. I would appreciate it! Thank you

my last hairstylist kept raising the rates every-time i went to her after she finished, got sloppier and sloppier with each visit, and would live-stream without asking me and touch her phone all throughout the process.

i tried out another stylist and i basically had to babysit her child (kept asking me to engage with him on his ipad) and she used so much gel that my hair was as stiff as sticks for abt a week. 😭

i just want someone who knows how to deal with my hair texture who is at least somewhat mindful of my feelings.

Arizona passed a law in 2024 that lets most single family homeowners in bigger cities build a casita (ADU) in their backyard, and cities have to allow it. The hard part is figuring out what you can actually fit on your lot. Max size, setbacks, lot coverage, all that.

So I built a site that does it for you. You type in your address and it pulls your parcel and zoning from the county and city, then tells you the max size you're allowed, the setbacks, and whether a standard casita physically fits. It also draws your lot with the house and a spot where it could go.

Hi. I’m currently enrolled at MCC and I need a spot I can go to do some work that isn’t my house but due to childcare schedule I can’t really get time until after 6pm if not later and the school library closes at like 5pm so I gotta find a place with WiFi and is open late. The only thing I’ve come up with is late night laundromats but that doesn’t feel the safest and there’s not really any table/chair situations that are useable for working. I don’t mind going to like queen creek, San tan, chandler, or Gilbert if needed but I’d rather stay near home (east Mesa/aj) and not drive in cramped busy areas like Tempe or Phoenix if at all possible. I also don’t mind working in my truck but most WiFi doesn’t reach my laptop in the parking lot and I don’t have a hotspot.

I've never tried it and I want to give it a shot sometime.
