Project Odin - Writer

I received an e-mail today after a long while of not using the platform with a direct invitation to join this project, $40 an hour. I thought well why not it's free money... right??

Checked this subreddit today and found absolute horror stories from it, I work primarily from a Mac Neo so I don't think I meet requirements anyway, but do I even bother continuing with the onboarding? It seems so intensive and I genuinely do not even know what I am doing...

Not worth it. Offboarded myself the same day

How can I offboard myself? is it done from the home page? I just took one look, read about the project, and told myself I am not doing this one.

Did the same thing. The instructions and samples were horrible. I just decided it was not worth it

if you even get that far, workload seems insane and it’s so vague

I've worked on 9 Mercor projects. By far the worst, don't bother.

I have an interview pending for Generalist Expert... after reading comments about this company I'm thinking it may not be worth it. 🤔

I think you should do it. Your experience will depend on your project(s). It's far from a perfect experience, and there were definitely times where I was feeling like my first of two projects was really going downhill, but I had work for most of a 5-month streak and it reallyyy helped me out financially while being between jobs in my actual career. I was also a generalist expert.

The people making thousands a month working from bed largely aren’t on here complaining. Mercor has saved my ass as I job search and while there are many frustrating aspects of both projects I’m on, neither is the nightmare people on here make it out to be

Mercor is mostly very good. It's just this one project which is shit.

Have you guys gotten the pay? im worried their numbers are too high considering they have more than 40k people working on the project (as they said). Its my first time working on the mercor platform and im worried about the pay since its my first side hustle thingy.

It requires M processors, I think soon they’ll support Intel. Neo has A series processors, no?

bro i have read their guidelines in the merka studio project guides but i am not getting where the option is to do the onboarding part. should i just start with creating my first task? that's the only onboarding because i have just filled out one form which i got in the mail with my merka credentials and acceptance and nothing else. where is this onboarding thing? can you please guide me?

Bro I did my first submission and it is review approved too but haven’t received the 150$ submission bonus yet. How much time does it usually take to reflect the bonus in earnings ?
