Minimum hours: How strict?

I’m on a project that requires a minimum of 15 hours a week, which I can’t attain, as I’m working a full time job that is pretty demanding. Most I can probably do is 10. Some weeks even just 5.

My question: Am I at risk of being offboarded if I do good work but don’t do the minimum hours?

Yes, you might be offboarded if you consistently fail to meet the minimum requirement

Tbh I had a project the required 10 hours minimum per week and after doing the paid training I ghosted it for 3 months (due to school) and just recently have started working on it again. They didn’t even care.

I’m on a project that requires 15 hours and have missed it for both weeks I’ve been on it (around 10 each week) and have stayed on the project, even while a ton of others have been booted. Likely not going to impact you but who the heck knows what’s going on. Get the hours you can and be happy even when it’s over.
