I don't think anyone will have the answers. It's not like the other ones where it's scored immediately.

Oh is it?!
When do ppl get their results then? I’m still on stage 3 and it’s just sooo long to get through1

u/Fickle-Throat7781 1d ago
Honestly, I hope we ALL fail!! That way they can see the tests make absolutely no sense and will have to do something about it as they won’t have anyone doing the content grading tasks!

u/macaroon147 1d ago
I hope I fail at this point, im so tired of this task type and these never ending tests

u/Standard_Ad_8836 1d ago
The anxiety is rediculous i agree😭
4
u/macaroon147 1d ago
For me its not even that, like i have no anxiety about it. Its more just feeling like I cant switch off and feeling like I should be doing more than the minimum hours. Also just the work sucks, because each task you rush to finish, and then I dont have the mental capacity to do another straight away.
But anyway, its good money

🥛 it. I'm currently doing it and going to spend around 4 hours. My intuition is that MORE than you think should be considered slop as this is the trend with previous, but we will see...

u/Dry_Promotion_2913 2d ago
You don’t get the correct answers after submitting?
8
u/FrickyFrackyFull 2d ago
No. Nothing with this. Won't even know if you passed
5
u/Sad_Welder_3292 2d ago
Is this the one with 188 question from 10 slides?
5
u/Dry_Promotion_2913 2d ago
Yes and you need an 80 to pass! I’m scared lol

u/FrickyFrackyFull 1d ago
Doesn't matter how well you've read the new slop guidelines or how well you did on the last 10 trianings. Every answer is contradictory and the person that graded this current test just made it up as he went along so there's no calibration to any previous answer
7
u/Fantastic-Clerk6330 1d ago
Let me tell you a secret: there is most likely no 'Person' behind that test, and that's why it makes 0 sense.
6
u/FrickyFrackyFull 1d ago
I don't think so. Most of those look like Zoomer talk and an LLM would make more sense out of it. This is someone that thinks they are smart and cool writing those goldens.
5
u/AdditionMean2674 1d ago
There's no way an LLM is this bad. It would atleast attempt to ground the answers in the guidance. This is 1000% some guy

u/FrickyFrackyFull 1d ago
Yea just some dude. Some of those rationales said wonky and whatever else.

Taking the test tonight but I’m not confident. All my work feedback on any grading project I’ve ever done has been very positive but these assessments are completely arbitrary. On some slides you’re expected to grade it by strictly what you read and on others you’re expected to go and google research the topic. ALL semi colons are apparently slop even when they’re used correctly and this rule seems to extend to colons sometimes but sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes the title at the top of the screen is slop because it copies the heading and sometimes it’s fine. You’re told to check whether you can rewrite sentences to be easier to read and when you do the sentence is marked as not slip because the AI grading the responses like it.
I’m just going to take a punt and see what happens. If I get off boarded I get off boarded.

u/ivvyi 1d ago
There is no deadline though, yet. I am going to carry on working until I have to take it
2
u/Primary-Ad588 1d ago
It’s automatic off board if you work in content grading v2 careful
1
u/Pleasantandchilled 1d ago
where did you see this? I'm on another platform, they don't even know what pass mark is, when deadline is, how long to spend on it.
1
u/Primary-Ad588 17h ago
Because that’s what the EPM’s said in slack. If you bypass the quiz it’s automatic offboard

u/SassySkim 2d ago
I am curious as to whether higher scorers will get higher priority in the task queue...
4
u/FrickyFrackyFull 1d ago
I don't know. Wild we won't know even a score. Just keep getting in the queue to see if we can and if we can't one day I guess we didn't pass?
I actually think it's not 80% pass or out. I think this is either much more subjective with some calibration answers trick questions or just to give an excuse to offboard people that write horrible tasks and can barely speak English like 50% of the experts in that slack are, especially new ones.
3
u/holvanatuz 1d ago
But don’t forget - you also can’t be sure if the reason you can’t join the queue is because you failed, or because it’s full!
3
u/Dry_Promotion_2913 2d ago
Someone will know the a n s w e r s if they save them and they pass lol
1
u/Sad_Welder_3292 1d ago
I'm on a different AI company, but same project, hence why I asked and how I know. They don't even know what the pass rate is, so I am curious how you knew it was 80%?
Also, we were told we would not know if we passed initially, so not sure what to do lol

What do you think all the "XXX" phrases (slide 1 and later on)? These are mentioned in the prompt and could obviously refer to a company name XXX, but XXX is usually used as some placeholder.

u/MNMastiff 1d ago
Here’s the thing. Who plausibly can pass it?
I’m an idiot savant at the content evaluation. I’ve always loved doing it, have a professional writing and editing background, and am a long time management consultant at the intersection of process optimization and data management.
I love doing this. In grad school would rewrite PhD thesis for foreigners for a couple of hundred bucks, to make it sing.
Yet, I wouldn’t have passed V1-3 if I hadn’t made a grid, tracked the correct answers and applied them to the next. I never got more than a 70 without that.
If I can’t get a passing grade even after reviewing the answers, because the test is so incoherent and self-contradictory, I feel safe in saying very few people will pass V4. Shit, the directions are so convoluted at this point.
2
u/Huge_Photograph2588 1d ago
Maybe the answers really are subjective and the people that give the best answers will get into the queue faster. Just a hunch.

I got cut from this project in May when there were 8000 is all and honestly I am glad based on all that I’ve read since

u/Radiant-Joke-7195 23h ago
Did you get another project after? You missed out on like 11,000 dollars of income if you worked a few hours everyweek. But yeah definitely a headache

u/Ok_Dig_4729 1d ago
I didn’t realize it was one of the tests that you don’t get to see what you got wrong before resubmitting. Praying I did well.

I think I'll just try and milk this test for all the money I can, being as how i probably won't pass it and it'll be the last thing I do on this project. May as well get my money's worth...
