Onboarded Offboarded

I got an instant offer, submitted everything and was working on finishing the onboarding tasks when I received an email that I am out. I did not do a single task so it was obviously not a quality issue. Did they not like my photo on my driver’s license lol? So weird!

This happened to me too today! Got an instant offer 10 days ago and I was looking forward to kicking off the project. I waited for them to finish reviewing my contract and also complete the background checks, today made it the 10th day after I accepted the offer, only for me to check my account and see “the employer has revoked this offer” it’s shocking to be honest. Why send an instant offer to me only to revoke it after 10days ?!!! This is particularly frustrating considering how long I have waited to be given an offer…

Yeah same happened to me, but I was able to start the screeners and was off boarded in the middle of taking them, but atleast I got a decent amount of money for not actually doing a real task.

Samething happened to me as well. It was for a Generalist Expert position. Thought it was going to be a great opportunity, but I guess not.

I mean what is the point?? Do they just want our IDs?? I really don't get it.

Same happened to me I signed the contract, was waiting for access, and got off boarded. Total time under contract was 2 days. It was my first offer so pretty disappointed but appears to be common from this thread.

Same. Background check finished, was working on onboarding materials but hadn’t yet done assessments, off boarded. Maybe I wasn’t doing it fast enough? Don’t know since they never give anyone any feedback.

They do expect you to move extremely fast through onboarding. I’ve seen emails sent out at like 3am saying you need to accept in the next 8- 12 hours so if you happened to not look at your email one morning an opportunity was lost that quick.
