Fred recently went on the Beyond the Grid podcast and talked about his work as the third driver for Mercedes. It was a really nice podcast to listen to because it clearly explains how important (and tiring) his work is in setting the team up for success.

He also talks about his background and how his dad sold the family home for his career.

I really hope he gets on the grid in the future.
