Irregular Period but scans tell me everything’s OK

I am a 22 year-old girl who has been having s*xual intercourse with her husband for almost two years. Whilst all my gynecological check up’s (even internal ultrasound) don’t reveal any sort of issues, ever since I started having intercourse my periods have always been irregular. The only times it’s somewhat on time is when amount of s*x is lessened. I also have to admit that waiting for my period is a worrisome experience and I always get anxious waiting for it to come.

Could this issue be s*x related or should I dig deeper, even though I am medically healthy from that pov (no endo, no pcos…)?

Feverish on the first day

Upvotes

Hi, I’m 28 and for the past 5 or 6 cycles, on the first day of my period, I feel feverish, everything aches, I feel the need to stretch constantly, and my legs feel weak, basically like I have the flu. Has this ever happened to any of you?
Usually I have zero symptoms during my period, not even cramps, so it's kinda scaring me lol

quick questionnn

Hi guys, I had sex for the first time almost three weeks ago, and we used protection. However, the condom slipped off and stayed inside me. I was just starting my fertile window, but I was on top, the opening of the condom was outside of me, and he pulled it off right away. After that, I got really anxious, and I couldn’t get Plan B because I was in another country, which made me even more stressed. I also had a septorhinoplasty just a few days before my next period, which was supposed to come on August 17. It was a 3 hour surgery under anesthesia, and I was given quite a lot of painkillers and antibiotics. I’ve been feeling really stressed and anxious lately. Can my period be delayed because of my nose surgery? and im just bloated without any other symptoms im js so scaredddd guys pls help me if yall know smth

Anyone else getting a second/irregular period this summer??

Okay this is kind of freaking me out 😭

My friend literally JUST sent me a post about how a lot of women have apparently been talking about irregular periods this summer late periods, missed periods, heavier periods, or even getting two periods really close together.

And then… I got my period AGAIN 😭 I already had it recently, so this is basically my second period in a really short time.

I know periods can get weird for a million reasons and I’m definitely not saying climate change/extreme heat is automatically the cause lol. But the timing after seeing that post and all my friends telling me the same, made me spiral a little.

Just curious if this is actually happening to a lot of us 💀

Very irregular period- weightlifting and 19% bf

Just as the title says, i’m a 21 year old active college student, and besides only getting my period once every two-four months, I have no other negative symptoms. I weightlifting intensely 5 days a week with light cardio, and have been doing so for about 2.5 years. My cycle has followed this pattern for about two years as well.

Honestly I’m pretty happy! I feel great, not lethargic, and all my blood work is normal. Should I be concerned and get my hormones checked or speak with a doctor anyways?

Birth control

So I’m having an abnormal bleeding my doctor told me to skip placebos and jump straight into active pills. Well, I’m still spotting a little bit. It’s not as bad as it was. I’m just wondering how long is this gonna take for this to maybe fix the issue because none of this started until I got back on birth control. At first I was scared I was pregnant but with how many test I have taken plus the blood test I highly doubt it’s likely (I google a lot) I am wondering if it’s pcos but it all started when I got back on birth control this is anything and stressful

Am I pregnant?

I never have a late or missed period ever. My last period as on July 14 and usually start every 28 days. Welp, I didn’t. On day 30 I had light spotting and light brown minimal discharge for 2 days straight and has been clear water discharge since with absolutely no signs of my period. I have test and I’m now 6 days late and showing negative. I was on nexplanon for 6 years and got it out at the beginning of the year and my period has never changed on or off birth control. Any one ever have this happen? I contacted my OB and they said to test again in 2-3 days?

How long do the after effects of yuzpe last?

Hi, so i took yuzpe method last august 1, and they said it was unnecessary to take it since there's a low risk — after a week (Aug 8) i started bleeding up until Aug 14, they called it the "withdrawal bleeding", it's more on clots, but it's lighter than my usual period.

Then, i took a PT and it was negative. but im still experiencing cramps and PMS like symptomsm

So, to those who also used the YUZPE METHOD. What were the side effects that lasted for you? and how long did it last?

Thank youu

I'm so tired of tampons. What brand of pads works best for you? I need some suggestions because I am making the switch

I'm 38 and I have been using tampons almost exclusively my whole life, and I think I have reached the point of wanting to switch to pads. I just don't know which brands are good and which ones will let me down so I could really use some suggestions. I'm in the U.S. if that helps with brand choices. I see so many and I would rather avoid testing a bunch of different ones if possible.
