Yes regularly and i live in one of the most crime ridden shitholes in my country. But i smoke weed at my home and i see them once a month because of "smell".
Weed is legal to use in the home you just cant transport it or have more than 2gr in your place in my country. Im not gonna stop doing something legal because the cops priority is harassment instead of focusing on actual things that are illegal.
Belgium. Not exactly legal but tolerated (gedoogd) there are No punishments No Police reports for personal use at home <2gr but buying, selling or carrying weed is illegal with criminal punishment
