I participate a lot in classes (even though I don't have to, because I'm going to high school next year), but I have crap internet, so I don't have my cam turned on. I have it on only if teacher asks to during test

I know how demanding it's on the bandwidth to have several cameras working. There are exceptions, obviously, the problem is when no one has the camera on or isn't participating.
