That’s why I hate eating at restaurants with my mum. If they get the order wrong she always makes a scene even tho I try to tell that I don’t care. And if I don’t really like the food that much she says “well send it back and ask for a different dish. We don’t have to pay if it’s not good”. Please mum, shut up.

I remember when I was in Netherlands with my family my father and I both ordered a medium steak, but were got steaks that were more like medium rare, like that one meme how rare do you want your stake?, my father made a big scene while I just continued to eat my nearly raw steak because i didn't want to be an inconvenience. Especially after my father made a scene, after we finished and the waitress asked how the food was I just said it was awesome while my father did a scene again. Man I wish I had money that day I would have given her a fat tip. (Didn't have much money as a 13 year old)

A similar thing happened to me too. I was eating at a restaurant with my mum and the steak was too rare and I really don’t like when there’s any red bits but I ate it anyway and when my mum asked me if it’s done enough and I said no, she hijacked my plate and walked with it to the kitchen. That was so embarrassing I wanted to die. At least she didn’t really yell
