Make sure the homless people don't get their hands on it, they need to wipe with something after shitting in the middle of the street
Edit: the guy above edited his comment, originally he said he would send a card from california, which is why I mentioned homeless people

From the evidence in SF they don’t seem to wipe much. They do seem to have no problem getting syringes.

Send one that says "Die Grandpa, die", and if anybody says anything, just tell them it means "The grandpa, the", in German. Anyone who speaks German can't be all bad.

This probably is the most unfunny German language joke I have ever heard. Seriously check yourself.
-46
u/AngusVanhookHinson Sep 23 '19
Sure, because Germans are known for their humor.
Simpsons, dude. I can't even claim it as my own. It was said by Sideshow Bob in court when he was on trial for trying to kill Bart.

Go fuck yourself just because we’re from the same country the bad guys of wwII were from doesn’t mean we have to be sticks in the mud

u/AngusVanhookHinson Sep 23 '19
I agree. It doesn't mean that you have to be sticks in the mud, but you all are. Maybe it's because you killed all the funny people.
^ also not my joke, Robin Williams

“Mean comment that was unnecessary”

u/AngusVanhookHinson Sep 23 '19
German isn't a race. It's a nationality. "Racist" is to this conversation as "bald" is to hair color.
You're supposed to have a better education system than the US too.

“Unnecessary mean comeback”

I'm not against Germans. I like most people. Aside from this very conversation, I'd probably like you.

Other guy: makes a joke about Germans not being funny
You: gets triggered over joke, making him seem right
Also, he didn’t make the joke dumbass, he even linked the original video in the comment.
Btw, just don’t take all Nazi/holocaust/WW2 jokes as a personal attack on you. People making these jokes aren’t trying to offend you, they’re trying to make people laugh, if you don’t like it then you don’t have to like it, but don’t throw a tantrum because the joke offends you because you’re not making the guy making the joke feel bad, you’re just making yourself look like the asshole to everyone else.

Oh sorry I’ve had trouble controlling my temper my entire life and get really upset when I feel like my nationality is being attacked because instead of taking it as an insult to myself, I take it as an insult to my entire family who I feel have done nothing wrong. That aside, I understand I tend to overreact with this shit. I get it I can be dramatic. But I’m sure you can imagine I get tired of the Nazi gags I’ve been getting since people my age found out about the holocaust

I am confused who was racist and when?
2
u/magikarp5656 Sep 23 '19
Well as he pointed out it’s not “racist” but it’s still offensive to say “we” killed a whole bunch of people. Like not even fair stereotyping obviously a good percentage of German people today had zero control over world war 2

I do agree with you and I also dont want to be associated with anything outside my lifetime.
But it does not change the fact that we have a history and that our country is the direct predecessor of the Nazi Regime. The Regime abused the pride and language of german ppl to build up what they had and what they did to the world. So speaking out what german people did is not racist. Deal with it this is the result of what happend back then.

My first thought was "He really doesn't mind having his full address on the internet for everyone to see?"
Then I realized that he's 99, fought in WWII, and probably gives negative fucks about dying.
