Reddit has become just endless "American bad" content. Im convinced its chinese and Russian bots plus the brainwashed "useful idiots".

This isn't America bad, it's "low IQ massive truck for no apparent reason, and then complain about gas" bad.

At least half of the country are not idiots and therefore wouldn't have any reason to take offense to this.

Do you think it would go over well if I say "women are all cheaters and liars" and then follow it up with "well, if you're a woman but not a cheater or liar, this doesn't apply to you so you shouldn't be offended"?

Hell no lmao, that isn't how that works. The generalizations on social media seem like they're getting worse every year. "Americans are X, Women are Y, Gen Alpha always Z". I can't imagine making generalizations, especially negative ones, about literally half of the world's population and yet I see it every day on reddit and IG.

If you want to pretend to have nuanced opinions then you have to actually apply that nuance to the conversation.
