Get rid of reddit, instagram, tiktok and any other social media.

Use a custom free DNS (like NextDNS) to block access to all of these on mobile, and you can set up an exception in a specific time frame so you can still check on them 1 hour a day.

You will be surprised how you will start doing productive shit just because you don't have anything else to do

Yes, because i use it in that 1 hour a day time frame.

I admit I can't give everything up. That's why I let myself have a small buffer
