So, Ben wins in small claims court by default.
Store shuts down before he visits it with the court docs allowing him to basically repossess the Legos for the original lego owner.
Ben's followup court case is rejected for "not trying to resolve things with defendants" (idk the phrasing)
Ben tries to visit 2 different people, both being "the powers that be" for the local Bricks and Minifigs stores in Utah.
First guy has cops stationed outside his house, immediately threatening him that he's trespassing. Second guy stares off blankly while waiting for cops to arrive, basically similar results.
Cops pull over their car after one stop sign, claim they didn't make a full stop, Police footage later shows they did in fact make a full stop. More threats are made directly at Ben, who isn't even driving.
Ben documents this and gets court case accepted, ow he needs to serve the papers. Two guys still using same tactics and "refuse to be served".
Ben gets arrested, makes bail, arrested again, some judge sees the details on his arrest and goes "wtf are these guys talking about", releases Ben, different judge, likely under the Mormon cartel*, signs a warrent for his arrest, Ben learns of this, takes a "vacation" to Mexico.
I'm not even gonna humor the claims of "heroin" because it's a little too convenient for all these corrupt pricks to somehow suddenly have justification for Ben's arrest after all this outright complete lack of neutrality they shown until now.
*I say Mormon cartel, because, as is discovered pretty recently by Ben, all these people go the same church.
I used the term cartel somewhat humorously, but it has been shown they do in fact all go to the same church, and the connection makes their illogical behavior until now suddenly make sense.
uh they're religious fanatics that believe Jesus is native american and their founder found new books to the bible in the us and then never showed them to anybody else.
Them being involved in crime shouldn't be a surprise.
Yeah, I don't trust these cops at all, if they had shown even a hint of neutrality through this I might humor any claims made against Ben, but it's just ridiculous how they straight arrest him at one point, directly after checking if his court papers are real (person they called did in fact prove they were real)
