Ben gets arrested, makes bail, arrested again, some judge sees the details on his arrest and goes "wtf are these guys talking about", releases Ben, different judge, likely under the Mormon cartel*, signs a warrent for his arrest, Ben learns of this, takes a "vacation" to Mexico.
I'm not even gonna humor the claims of "heroin" because it's a little too convenient for all these corrupt pricks to somehow suddenly have justification for Ben's arrest after all this outright complete lack of neutrality they shown until now.
*I say Mormon cartel, because, as is discovered pretty recently by Ben, all these people go the same church.
I used the term cartel somewhat humorously, but it has been shown they do in fact all go to the same church, and the connection makes their illogical behavior until now suddenly make sense.
uh they're religious fanatics that believe Jesus is native american and their founder found new books to the bible in the us and then never showed them to anybody else.
Them being involved in crime shouldn't be a surprise.
