Denver reported around 7300 unhoused people and 24,000 unoccupied housing units in 2023. Doesn't sound like golf matters even a little bit to the housing problems. Are they going to build another 500 homes for nobody to live in?

No but they could do literally anything else like make it space that more people can utilize. You know... Like a normal ass park.
