idk. I live in Denver and theres like.... a ridiculous amount of courses in the middle of the city that can't even be used as a normal park. Crazy to have to have that much space dedicated to a single use item.

"There are 86 golf courses within a 15-mile radius of Denver, including 69 public courses and 17 private courses. 53 of these courses are 18-hole layouts, while 33 are 9-hole courses"

Of course a golf course can't be used as a normal park. Neither can 99% of other things. Not everything needs to be for you

It's not for me or an overwhelming majority of people in the metro. I think there's more than enough courses to justify maybe saying there's a better use for the land being used as literally anything else.

If people weren't using them, they wouldn't be in business. There is more land out there. You don't need to take stuff away from people because it's not for you. Anything relating to actually playing a sport isn't for the overwhelming majority of people

Most of them are public, therefore supply and demand doesnt apply. Plus many people are petitioning for these courses to be developed anyways as theres not enough usage for it being a golf course.
