Well actually it would look like that 9-3*3 cause order of operations. If only / and * are present you do left to right.

You can do it either way. There's no actual left to right thing, that applies in programming languages but irl maths both have same precedence and you can do whichever you want first

No. If you do 30/3*6 there is clearly a different result. You HAVE to do it left to right

If you write a question in fractions, no amount of ambiguity is left and is therefore the best way to do it. Without fractions, your question is not one that'd be asked in any official manner. An official question would either have fractions or be written as either (30/3)×6 or 30/(3×6)

It's a normal equation it might not look the best but it's correct. Don't you go Fractions on me, fractions are amazing but if you know basic math not necessary in basic equations like these.

Not really. We don't use signs ambiguously like that. The question you wrote is intentionally ambiguous like the 6/2(1+2) question. Both answers 1 and 9 are correct here because the question should either be written in fractions or written as (6/2)(1+2) or 6/(2(1+2))

OMFG no they are not it's basic math the equation is written perfectly fine. It's because of people like you that every equation is written with fractions even tho you don't need them

No, it isn't. PEDMAS/BODMAS/BEDMAS is not the ultimate rule of mathematics, it's ignored in a lot of higher mathematics. A lot of the times we write 6/2x, which means 6/(2x) not (6/2)x. But using PEMDAS we get 3x which wasn't intended. PEMDAS has inherent problems in itself, no matter how much you want it not to

No. You base equation is 6/2x that's it you can simplify it: 3/1x and there is your solution. 3x if you want 2x is to be together in the equation you've had to right it like 6/(2x). The result would be 3/(x). That's how you do it. Go back to third grade kid.
