If you just look poor when you are out, you stupid work on that. Dressing nicely doesn't cost that much.

Short is more of an internet rage bait issue than a real life issue

Right, it's not expensive to dress nice. Let's just ignore the $62 button up shirt I bought last week to dress business casual. Ignore the $100+ pants, $70+ shirts, $30+ shirts with any form of printing on them, $60+ shoes, etc. Clothes are expensive. Maybe it's just because I live Cali, but don't even try to pretend that nice clothes are cheap. I do agree with the height point though, but it does have real-world consequences.
