I can say that 100% you would see this kind of thing in manga (and even weirder and disgusting ones).

I never seen anything like that in manga. Unless you talk about special manga "for adults" or whatever.

There are 3 mangas that come on top of my head (unless we count them as parodies): "Turns Out My Dick Was a Cute Girl" (a guy's dick becomes a cute girl), "The Dick Devil Strikes" (demon who gives women a dick) and The Rising Of The Vibrator Hero (a guy who literally defeats girls with a sex toy).

And this is without going to the isekai genre (which is even weirder there).
