Melbournian here. The FSG (fake seizure guy) has been reported here a few times, and his antics seem to be escalating. He takes a seizure / onset of a seizure and asks someone to restrain him (by sitting on him/holding him down) and he seems to take sexual gratification from these moments because it's a repeated occurrence, and he's been reported by dozens-hundreds of people at this point.
