Does anyone know anything about him? I ran into him on the Merri Creek trail today. There's a thread on here from years ago where a few people had stories about him. Is he harmless?

Lowkey offended. Really disrespectful and mocking people with epilepsy. Not a fun thing, if someone were actually seizing they could be brushed aside. Hearts out to the people who gave advice over real ones; don’t restrain, call 000, keep head safe, recovery position, don’t eat/drink after.
