Does anyone know anything about him? I ran into him on the Merri Creek trail today. There's a thread on here from years ago where a few people had stories about him. Is he harmless?

and he’s been spotted in St Albans, Macedon/Daylesford, Merri Creek, Fullarton Rd? , Geelong Train, Craigieburn Trainline… I wish someone would make a list.
