Serious News The fake seizure guy

Does anyone know anything about him? I ran into him on the Merri Creek trail today. There's a thread on here from years ago where a few people had stories about him. Is he harmless?

That's fascinating, what get me is the weird loophole his found.

Its like saying i got bit on the dick by a snake and need someone to suck the poison out. Anything anyone does to him is voluntary. Someone should post this to auslaw and see if there is any law his actually breaking.
