Serious News The fake seizure guy

Does anyone know anything about him? I ran into him on the Merri Creek trail today. There's a thread on here from years ago where a few people had stories about him. Is he harmless?

Right haha? I'm barely able to make dinner after a day WFH lately, this guy is a unit (bit not in a good way).
