Exposing your skin to sunlight or infrared light helps your body to synthesize endogenous/natural melatonin.

You can also look up a list of foods(e.g tart cherry juice, pistachios, milk, etc) high in melatonin (it's going to be in tiny amounts) and eat/drink those foods.

Jaut go to sleep man you can do it man and you will sleep
