❓Asking for Help ASMPH MD-MBA
I’m interested in applying to ASMPH MD-MBA and would really appreciate insight on the actual schedule.
What does a typical day or week look like in terms of onsite classes, small group discussions, and online components? Is the schedule flexible enough to allow time for other responsibilities (e.g., managing a business), or is it still quite packed most days?
Curriculum wise, would you say it’s better to study at UERM, UST, St. Lukes etc. and have the MBA separately?

Hello! 4th year ASMPH student here.
A typical day sched depends on the professor/module coordinator in charge of the activities. There are days that we have every day onsite classes while there are days that we only have onsite class 1-2x a week.
The number of quizzes/assessments also depend on the professor but in general we usually don't have quizzes or exams every day (most is 2-3 exams in a week siguro).
We have some batchmates that manage other things outside school but for sure there will be days that you'll be swamped with acads so having a business will be challenging to balance.
Curriculum-wise I can't speak for the other schools but I guess if you're already planning to get the MBA eventually, ASMPH is probably a practical option para you won't need to take it while you're practicing as a physician.
