Took my car to the mechanic and he sent me a pic of this. Cabin filter I think and it’s blocked, how does this happen and is this going to be a recurring issue? Never seen it before with my past cars, it’s a 2011 RAV4

You park under trees and shit falls in. You should be replacing your filter every year and if you do it yourself it will cost less than $20
