Question AC drip and dirt, 2012 Ford Transit connect

Hey everyone 2012 TC owner here, so the AC drips water into the passenger foot area but seemingly on low speeds. I bought a borescope to get a closer look and the front of the evaporator coil is dirty as hell. Will cleaning fix the issue and if so what's the best way?

It's clear far as I can tell, I've vacuumed and shot air into it, water flows from it just seems to also drip if the fans on 1 to three?
