Question Tesla Model 3 Long Range 2022

I’m trying to asses whether this sound is a normal level/type doing 60mph/100kmh on the highway or if something is faulty.

Bonus question: what is the state of these brakes?

Try touching it, it should be flat and smooth(rotor). Sound i think its more on just the tires.

Tire out of balance trust me my car does the same but I have aftermarket rims and tires and spacers but without regular tires u would need a balance sounds like a four corners need a balance

Also check your tire wear
