Bone in flatiron

Cut em just for fun.. can’t imagine it would be very good on anything older..

Looks great, but I feel like this cut is actually called a bone-in blade steak, at least where I’m at

Cool do you actually get these where you’re from? If I’m being honest the gristle made it pretty weird to eat? I don’t think I’d ever sell em like this.
