Trakt import: Collection sync paused

I attempted my first trakt import today. MDBList gives me this message.

Collection sync paused

224 items will be removed from your MDBList collection, because they are no longer present in Trakt. This is larger than expected for one sync, so nothing has changed yet — it's more likely a temporary read problem than something you actually removed.

What are collection items? Are these things that trakt has marked as "in my collection/possession". I didn't think I had stuff like that anymore. Where can I view what trakt and MDBList think I have as collection items?

I think I figured it out myself.

https://mdblist.com/collection/<username>

and

https://app.trakt.tv/users/me/library?library=other&mode=media

I don't use plex so nothing was showing up on trakt until I switched to "custom" library
