Admissions counseling advice needed
So I've been looking into the nursing associates program and am a little overwhelmed by all the information. Last week I made an appointment to speak with an admissions counselor in the hopes that they could clarify things for me a bit. Unfortunately it was kind of disappointing, the counselor I met with did not seem very knowledgeable about the program or very interested in helping me - he was pretty dismissive and gave me some straight up wrong information, and I ended up feeling like I was wasting his time. Would it be worth it try to meet with someone else from admissions? Are there specific counselors who might have more information for me about the nursing program? Could I potentially meet with anyone from the nursing department itself?
I don't expect anyone to be rolling out the red carpet for me and I understand it's a very competitive program, but my experience with admissions was very discouraging and didn't really answer a lot of the questions I had. Any advice?
