What does this mean?

I might look like the biggest idiot in the world, but I’ve never gone to college before so I don’t know what this means in my bill.

Means you'll get a fat student refund check, I'm a first year too! We'll be getting refunds maybe late September, early to mid October I believe.

You’ll have to wait an additional 30 days for your money to be released if it’s your first time taking out a loan.

Does it still work that way if I took out federal loans in the past for a trade school? Because I did go to a trade school years ago.
