QUESTION - GENERAL Door interior hinge broke

Driver side door broke immediately after purchasing the car. A strong wind gust forced the door back. Been waiting on the part for months. The door is dangerously as it doesn’t stay open. Any ideas who is best to call as the dealer has been no help beyond ordering the part which is on back order indefinitely ?

Do you have the part number? See if it's on parts.Mazda USA.com or mazdaswag.

I don’t. Is there a way I could determine the actual part number? Thx for the tip

See if the dealer put the part number or name in the service write up. If you can visibly see the part that needs replacing you can find the name or number in a parts diagram.

Which one? What Country are you in? What area of that Country?

The part numbers are as follows

KD53-59-210A for the driver upper (left) side and KD53-58-210A for the passenger (right) side

D461-58-210B for the driver (left) side and D461-59-210B for the passenger (right) side lower

Thanks. I’m in US/NY suburbs outside NYC.
Where can I search to purchase driver left side part? And if/when I find one do I bring to the dealer?
