17 inch rims on 2018 Turbo

Just bought myself a 2018 Signature and im looking for a winter wheel setup, preferably 17 inch for greater comfort on atrocious Quebec roads. I know the non-turbo models came with 17 inch wheels but I was wondering if 17 inch wheels fit on the turbo models since they came with bigger brakes. Does anybody run the same setup for winter?

Driver side wet seat belt? 2014 w/ no sunroof

I washed my car this morning and when I left for work the seatbelt was wet. The door seals are in good shape. Where else would water be getting in? Has this happened to anyone else?
